Journalist Condò: “Lazio Will Be Playing Against Inter for a Chance to Join Title Race”

Italian journalist Paolo Condò discussed the Serie A title race this season and Lazio’s upcoming match against Inter earlier today, as reported by Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi).

Atalanta are now off the Scudetto train, their heads are so crowded with objectives that they are not concentrating enough.

Inter-Lazio on Sunday will be interesting because Inzaghi will be playing for a chance to get back into the title race.

Lazio’s next opponents, Antonio Conte’s Nerazzurri, are currently second in the league table after 21 games, sitting on 47 points, seven ahead of Simone Inzaghi’s side.

In their last meeting this campaign, Argentine forward Lautaro Martinez put the Milanese side ahead after 30 minutes, before Biancocelesti midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic found an equaliser after 55 minutes.

Star forward Ciro Immobile received a red card for violent conduct in the match, and will be looking to net against the Nerazzurri this weekend.
