Formello: Lazio Midfielder Danilo Cataldi Has Returned to Squad Training

Lazio midfielder Danilo Cataldi has returned to squad training today and will be available for Sunday’s match against Inter, according to a report from Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi earlier today.

The report details how the 26-year-old Italian midfielder, who is contracted to the Roman club until 2024, pulled his hamstring in the win over Parma last month, forcing him to miss the subsequent league matches.

He has finally returned to squad training and unless there are any unforeseen complications, will be available to face Antonio Conte’s Nerazzurri.

Coach Simone Inzaghi did not begin tactical training exercises yet, instead working on fitness and ball control. The tactical sessions will begin on Friday.

Coach Simone Inzaghi is fairly confident in a starting 11 for the match, with the only doubt being whether Patric or Mateo Musacchio will start alongside Francesco Acerbi and Stefan Radu.

Thomas Strakosha, Luiz Felipe and Jean-Daniel Akpa Akpro will all be absent for the match.
