Ex-Coach Delio Rossi: “The Match Is More Important for Inter Than for Lazio”

Former Lazio coach Delio Rossi looked ahead to the Biancocelesti’s upcoming league clash against Inter on the weekend in an interview with Italian radio broadcaster TMW Radio earlier today.

The game is more crucial for Inter than for Lazio.

Inter have dropped out of the Coppa Italia and Europe, and with these investments and quality they have to fight to win the Scudetto, which is the last remaining objective.

Lazio are on an incredible run. It will be a difficult game.

My favourite players? I’d like Milinkovic-Savic and Barella in my ideal team.

The Biancocelesti have remained unbeaten in three of their last four league matches against the Nerazzurri, having won two and drawn the other.

Earlier this campaign the game finished 1-1, with Lazio star Ciro Immobile receiving a red card in the latter stages of the second half.

The 30-year-old Italian will be looking to ensure he scores against the Milanese club this campaign.
