Lazio goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha will return to Formello tomorrow ahead of a possible return for Sunday’s Serie A match against Inter, according to a report from Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today.
The report details how the 25-year-old Albanian shot stopper, who is contracted to the Biancocelesti until 2022, is expected to return to Rome this evening, after completing his physiotherapy in Munich to help him recover from his knee injury.

Strakosha will return to the team’s training ground in Formello tomorrow and coach Simone Inzaghi will decide whether to include him in the training session and if so, whether to call him up for Sunday’s match against the Nerazzurri.
Inzaghi hopes to have Strakosha available as soon as possible, with only youth players providing backup for Spanish veteran Pepe Reina.
The 25-year-old Strakosha has made only eight appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 720 minutes. In that time, he has conceded 14 goals and kept one clean sheet.
