Video: Romelu Lukaku Converts Penalty Kick to Give Inter Milan the Early Lead Over Lazio

Lazio has put themselves in a difficult situation after Wesley Hoedt went in for a challenge on Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martínez inside the box, resulting in a penalty.

After the official decided to consult the video assistant referee, the foul was confirmed, and Inter was awarded a penalty kick.

Romelu Lukaku converted his attempt, beating Lazio goalkeeper Pepe Reina and giving his side the 1-0 lead.

The Biancocelesti will need to find a way to get out of this early hole to come away with points.
