Lazio’s six-match Serie A winning streak was snapped on matchday 22 at the hands of Inter Milan. Lazio had chances in the match, but in the end, Inter was able to score a trio of goals en route to a 3-1 win.
Lazio midfielder Gonzalez Escalante did not start in the match but did play in 45 minutes in the second half. The Argentine talent completed 36 passes, two tackles, two ground duels and two long balls.
On Monday, Escalante posted a brief message via his official Instagram page about the tough loss to Inter. In short, Escalante notes that his side should have received much more from the fixture.
