Lazio defender Luiz Felipe is hoping to be fully fit by the end of next month, according to a report from Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today.
The report details how the 23-year-old Brazilian defender, who is contracted to the Roman club until 2022, wears a brace on his ankle during fitness work, staying on track on his recovery path.

Luiz Felipe is recovering from ankle surgery carried out last month and will certainly miss the Biancocelesti’s two Champions League Round of 16 matches against Bayern Munich.
The Brazilian is currently excluded from the Serie A squad registration list, but could be re-included within 30 days.
At that point, coach Simone Inzaghi would be able to change spots on the list of players aged 17 or over, although no Italians or youth players can be removed, the coach could replace Wesley Hoedt with Luiz Felipe.
This would allow the former Salernitana defender to play the remaining 10 league games from the start of April to the end of May, although much will depend on his progress over the next few weeks.
