Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi was without Stefan Radu, Lucas Leiva and Jean-Daniel Akpa Akpro in today’s training session in Formello, according to a report from Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi earlier today.
The report details how the trio underwent separate athletic and ball work today, all nursing various issues. Goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha remained absent as well.

Radu has been in doubt in recent days due to a muscle strain and has been diagnosed with a inguinal hernia, which may require surgery to fully fix. This would keep him sidelined for a month.
The Biancocelesti are still hoping to deploy the Romanian in next week’s Champions League Round of 16 first leg against Bayern Munich, with his condition being monitored daily.
Inzaghi needs to decide which two players to deploy alongside Francesco Acerbi in the defense against Sampdoria this weekend, with Patric, Mateo Musacchio and Marco Parolo all possible candidates.
The rest of the squad is still mostly undecided too, although stars like Ciro Immobile, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Luis Alberto are all set to start.
