Former Lazio Forward Giuseppe Signori: “Ciro is Doing Amazing Things”

Former Lazio forward Giuseppe Signori is voicing his appreciation to the club’s current superstar forward in Ciro Immobile.

Signori wound up scoring 126 goals over his Lazio run. The Italian talent emerged as one of the more reliable forwards during his time in Serie A.

But now, Immobile has the spotlight on him. He is just coming off of a Golden Boot-winning season and is on pace for yet another 20-goal campaign.

As he detailed to Radio Incontro Olympia (via La Lazio Siamo Noi), Signori is very much impressed with what the current Lazio star has accomplished as of late.

I take this opportunity to congratulate Ciro Immobile for what he is doing. He is scoring many goals, and I am happy that he is breaking all records. Mine too.

Records are meant to be broken and Ciro is doing amazing things.

Immobile is well on his way to becoming the club’s all-time leading goal-scorer. One could already make the case that he is the most proficient goal-scorer to ever play for Lazio.
