After a tough loss to Inter Milan, last week at the San Siro, Lazio needed to build some momentum to maintain their quest for a top-four finish in Serie A.

The Biancocelesti had UC Sampdoria coming into the Stadio Olimpico, and the tenth place side was the ideal opponent as Lazio tried to recapture their previous form.

For the first 20 minutes, the fixture was scoreless, but Luis Alberto’s strike at the 24th-minute mark would provide Lazio with the early lead. The goal would stand as the only one in the match as the Rome-based club would walk away with all three points.

Nonetheless, at halftime, Luis Alberto was asked over his celebration during an interview with Sky Sport (via La Lazio Siamo Noi), which saw him shoot imaginary webs like Spider-Man.

The celebration? My son asked me if you score a goal, you do like Spider-Man.

The 28-year-old stated that the celebration was for his son, who suggested that he shoot webs when he scored his next goal.
