The player initially hoped to return in time for the return leg against Bayern Munich on the 17th March, but may look to speed up his recovery so he is fit in time for the clash against Crotone five days earlier.
Regarding the 23-year-old Brazilian Luiz Felipe, he is still recovering from ankle surgery and he is expected to return to the squad at the end of next month, although he won’t take to the pitch until the 3rd April, against Spezia.
