Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi is looking for solutions to help solve the Biancocelesti’s defensive crisis, according to a report from Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today.

The report details how the Biancocelesti have only kept two clean sheets in the last eight games, against Cagliari and Sampdoria, with their 4-1 loss to Bayern Munich earlier this week perfectly encapsulating the club’s defensive issues at the moment.

Romanian veteran Stefan Radu and Brazilian defender Luiz Felipe will both be out for at least another few weeks, the report continues. Radu is expected back on the 21st March for the match against Udinese, whilst Luiz Felipe will return for the game against Spezia on the 3rd April.

This leaves coach Inzaghi with the same defensive options for the upcoming games against Bologna, Torino, Juventus and Crotone, as well as the second leg against Bayern Munich.

Inzaghi must now pick his best defensive trio from Francesco Acerbi, Patric, Matteo Musacchio and Wesley Hoedt, with Marco Parolo and Adam Marusic both able to fill in as well.
