Lazio’s Ciro Immobile had the opportunity to put the Biancocelesti up 1-0 after Joaquin Correa drew a penalty inside the box. However, the 31-year-old failed to convert the penalty kick, and ultimately Bologna FC 1909 would make them pay.
A few minutes later, the Rossoblù converted on their scoring chance as Ibrahima Mbaye would jump on the initial save from Pepe Reina and put the loose ball in the back of the net. Bologna is now up 1-0 early in this fixture.
