Lazio will have a mid-week fixture as they welcome Torino FC to the Stadio Olimpico; at least that’s what the schedule states.

The Turin-based club is dealing with a coronavirus outbreak within its squad, which resulted in them closing its training grounds last week. Currently, Torino has ten positive cases; however, the latest round of testing has all come back negative, La Repubblica (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) reports.

Nonetheless, the fixture against Lazio is still hanging in the balance. Torino will undergo another round of testing to see if all tests remain negative or more positive cases appear tomorrow.

As it stands, Torino is returning to their training grounds and having individual training sessions. It will likely be up to the local health authorities to give the green light for Tuesday’s fixture.

Torino already had their match against U.S. Sassuolo Calcio postponed to March 17th. If the health authorities in Rome don’t say yes to this match taking place, it will be another fixture postponed for the Granata.
