Manchester United Loanee’s Future Uncertain as Red Devils Look for New Buyers

Manchester United are looking for new buyers for Lazio midfielder Andreas Pereira after his failure to settle with the Biancocelesti.

According to a report from Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the Red Devils are looking for a new buyer for the 25-year-old Brazilian, who has not made a strong impression in Rome since his arrival in October.

Lazio could make his move to the Italian capital permanent for around €25 million, but currently it seems impossible that the Roman club would pay so much for a player who has hardly featured under coach Simone Inzaghi this campaign.

Pereira has made 21 appearances across all competitions this campaign, for a total of 548 minutes. He has only started four times all season for Inzaghi’s side and has not been able to establish himself.

Whilst the situation could change in the remaining months of the season, it’s much more likely that Pereira will return to Manchester in the summer, where he can look for a more suitable home.
