Lazio and Juventus are set to play a significant fixture at the Allianz Stadium. The Biancocelesti currently sit six points outside a top-four spot, while the Bianconeri sit in third place.

After a problematic 2-0 defeat last weekend against Bologna 1909 FC, Simone Inzaghi’s side needs to pick up three points, especially when playing clubs who are ahead of them in the table.

Despite defeating Juve being a tall ask for any club, Lazio have been given a boost from recent news regarding the Bianconeri’s absentee list. La Lazio Siamo Noi reports that Cristiano Ronaldo is doubtful for the fixture as he is dealing with fatigue.

With Juventus having their second-leg match in the Champions League against FC Porto around the corner, as a result, manager Andrea Pirlo will want to have the Portuguese forward fit for that in-week fixture. 

Although Pirlo could bring the 36-year-old of off the bench, the match against Porto could be too important for the forward to see any action tonight.
