Crotone’s Ounas: “Deserved Win Against Torino but Now Must Think About Lazio Game”

Crotone forward Adam Ounas highlighted the importance of Friday’s match against Lazio in their bid to avoid relegation this season.

Speaking with Italian broadcaster Sky Sports Italia (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) after their 3-1 win over Torino, the 24-year-old Algerian touched on the importance of the win against the Granata.

It was a very important win against Torino, I think it’s a deserved one, but now we must immediately think about the next game.

The Napoli owned forward spoke about the team’s work to avoid relegation this season.

We still believe, otherwise we wouldn’t be here playing for it, we must all give our best for this goal.

Finally, Ounas talked about his goal against Torino yesterday.

I wanted it, I’m here to help my teammates and after a few attempts it finally went in.

The 24-year-old Ounas has made 15 appearances across all competitions so far this season for Crotone, for a total of 816 minutes. In that time, he has scored two goals and provided two assists.
