Lazio Coach Inzaghi Planning to Start Immobile & Caicedo Against Bayern Tomorrow

Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi is thinking of starting Ciro Immobile and Felipe Caicedo against Bayern Munich tomorrow evening.

According to a report from Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi earlier today, coach Inzaghi is hoping that 31-year-old Italian striker Immobile will finally break his six-game goal drought against the Bavarian side tomorrow evening.

Considering the Roman club’s 4-1 disadvantage from the first leg, the game is more a case of honour than genuine qualification hopes, but Immobile is still hoping for a goal after his disappointing performance against Bayern in the first leg.

Felipe Caicedo, who has only started once in the Champions League this campaign, is also likely to start after his strong performance against Crotone last week, where he scored the winner in the 84th minute.

Inzaghi wants to reward the 32-year-old Ecuadorian for his strong performances off the bench and so will start him alongside Immobile tomorrow.
