Lazio are looking for a new defender this summer, with two options being Ajax’s Lisandro Martinez and RKC Waalwijk’s Ahmed Touba.
According to a report from Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the Biancocelesti are looking to strengthen their defense in this summer’s transfer window, with many different players being considered.

One of which is Valencia’s Pau Torres, but the Spaniard is wanted by many big clubs around Europe like Manchester City and Real Madrid, with Los Blancos apparently willing to pay his €50 million release clause.
Alternatives to Torres include 23-year-old Argentine centre back Lisandro Martinez, who has impressed with Ajax this season, and would cost around €25 million.

Another option is 23-year-old Belgian defender Ahmed Touba, who is contracted to RKC Waalwijk until 2023 and is worth around €5 million.
Lazio will continue to monitor these players and more as the summer draws closer, with defensive reinforcements clearly needed.
