Lazio midfielder Manuel Lazzari suffered a notable injury during the second half of the team’s UEFA Champions League Round of 16 second leg fixture against Bayern Munich.
Lazzari collided with Bayern’s Serge Gnabry as he was seeking to claim possession against the German attacker. The Italian talent fell to the ground in pain as he appeared to have dislocated a finger.
