Italian lawyer Gian Luca Mignogna has released a statement today confirming Gabriele Paparelli’s decision to take legal action against two Radio show hosts who insulted his father.
According to the statement (via La Lazio Siamo Noi), Paparelli and his lawyer Fabio Harakati have decided to take legal action against Alberto Gottardo and Emanuele Pirri due to their comments about his late father, Vincenzo, on a recent Instagram live broadcast.

Gottardo and Pirri are hosts of the Italian radio show ‘Morning Show’, hosted by Radio Café, and during that broadcast they referred to Vincenzo as a ‘sfigato’ (loser), as well as other comments.
Paparelli and his lawyer will file a criminal complaint to the court, referring to Sentence No. 21209 of 3 May 2017, which relates to the next of kin acting to protect the honour of a deceased person.
