Lazio defender Stefan Radu celebrated his 400th appearance for the Biancocelesti earlier today.
In a post on his Instagram page earlier today, the 34-year-old Romanian defender expressed his joy of having made 400 appearances for the Roman club since his arrival in July 2008.
Radu’s 400th appearance came in the 2-1 loss to Bayern Munich yesterday in the Champions League Round of 16, where he made his first ever Champions League start.
The 34-year-old Radu posted a photo from his first season and a photo from yesterday’s game with the caption:
400 battles with the eagle on my chest.
Radu is now only one appearance away from matching Giuseppe Favalli’s record of 401 appearances.
