The FIFA international break is here. During this international break, UEFA will initiate its 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying fixtures.
For the Italian national team, they’ll have three matches from March 25th to March 31st. In Group C, Italy will face Northern Ireland, Bulgaria, and Lithuania in the first installment of fixtures.
With the matches scheduled for the coming week, national team manager Roberto Mancini has announced his squad, with a few Lazio members receiving a call-up.

Lazio’s Francesco Acerbi, Manuel Lazzari and Ciro Immobile received the nod from Mancini; hopefully, some time with Gli Azzauri will allow the 31-year-old striker to end his goal-scoring drought.
After missing the 2018 FIFA World Cup, this Italian squad is responsible for guiding Gli Azzurri back to relevancy on the international stage. Furthermore, with Euro 2020 taking place this summer, the three Lazio call-ups will want to show that they have what it takes to receive a call-up for the summer tournament.
