Former Torino defender Massimo Brambati believes that Lazio have a superior squad to rivals Roma.
Speaking in an interview with Italian radio broadcaster TMW Radio earlier today, the 54-year-old Italian spoke about the race for a top-four finish and the Giallorossi’s struggles in that regard.
Lazio for example are superior in quality. There are coaches who are stronger than the squad they have, and here we have Fonseca.
With a superior squad he would have different results. He must try to read the games better.
Despite Lazio’s struggles in the league this campaign, they are still in the running for a top-four finish, in part due to their results in the big games.
Roma, on the other hand, have disappointed in clashes against the top teams in Serie A, and as such have an incredibly poor head-to-head record.
