New Report Lists Lazio’s Milinkovic-Savic as the Third-Most Valuable Player in Serie A

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has been one of Lazio’s top performers in all competitions as of late. The Serbian midfielder was a catalyst for Lazio during its multi-game winning streak a few months ago and remains the workhorse talent in the team’s midfield setup.

Milinkovic-Savic’s recent play is certainly garnering the attention of club officials and scouts within Europe’s top five leagues. More so, the footballing site Transfermarkt has upped the Serbian’s transfer value thanks to his top play as of late.

Transfermakrt recently updated its list of the most valuable players in Serie A. Milinkovic-Savic has a transfer value of €63 million, which ranks just behind Inter Milan forward Romelu Lukaku (€81 million) and Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt (€67.5 million).

Overall, there are two other Lazio players in the list of the top 25 most valuable players in the league: Luis Alberto (€45 million) and Ciro Immobile (€40.5 million).

Milinkovic-Savic simply remains that stout midfielder in which opponents continue to have a difficult time containing both on and off the ball.
