Former Italian and Lazio midfielder Stefano Fiore looked back on Simone Inzaghi’s ups and downs over his current Biancocelesti run.
Inzaghi remains in a notable contract dilemma with Lazio. The Italian manager is set to become a free agent manager at the end of the season, although rumors have been circulating as of late over the Italian manager possibly soon signing a new contract deal.
Fiore much appreciates the work that the Italian manager has put into Lazio so far. Fiore spoke to TuttoMercatoWeb Radio (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) about Inzaghi’s ongoing contract situation and why he sees that the current Lazio manager may go on to remain at the club.
I believe that Simone has done a great job at Rome since he has taken over and it is normal that he can represent a profile to be taken into consideration for other Italian clubs and beyond. However, I believe that Inzaghi loves Lazio so much and wants to stay in Rome… But I would be careful…
For the moment, Inzaghi is set on guiding his side to a second consecutive finish in the top four of the Serie A table.
