Italian journalist Franco Recanatesi provided for his take on Joaquin Correa’s recent form as of late in all competitions.
Correa is just coming off of the one assist showing in Lazio’s league fixture against Spezia. Overall, Correa has now chipped in for 11 total goal contributions in Serie A and UEFA Champions League play so far this season.
Still, Recanatesi has not been completely convinced (via Cittaceleste) with the play of Correa as of late.
Correa? I saw him at times inconclusive and without grit. He looks like he’s taking the field to do someone a favor and I don’t like that at all. Over the course of an entire season, he has three or four pretty good matches. But otherwise, he ends up a bit in the shadows.
As far as I’m concerned, in front of a concrete offer, I would sell him. In order to hope to make some important money, Lazio should think about selling him abroad.
Lazio will surely need Correa to be a pivotal player over the remainder of the season.
