Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi will meet with president Claudio Lotito over the next few days to further discuss his contract renewal.
According to a report from Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the 45-year-old Italian coach’s statements in a press conference ahead of the win over Spezia last week confirmed his desire to stay with the Biancocelesti beyond this season.

President Lotito made his offer to Inzaghi some time ago now but this week could be the decisive one to break the deadlock, as the long-awaited meeting between the two parties will finally take place.
Napoli and Fiorentina are both interested in hiring Inzaghi, as is an unnamed foreign club, and the Italian coach wants to discuss the transfer market with Lotito before signing a new deal.

Inzaghi has not interest in working with players he has deemed redundant, such as Denis Vavro and Jony, and this will be brought up in the meeting.
