River Plate forward Rafael Santos Borré is waiting for Lazio to offer him a contract, rumours directly from Buenos Aires suggest.
According to a report from Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the 25-year-old Colombian striker will not be joining Brazilian side Gremio, who offered the player a contract last month, with his desire to move to Europe proving too strong.

Borré has many offers from Europe and beyond and among this is the Biancocelesti, who are keenly interested in acquiring the Colombian and believe he would be the perfect player to rejuvenate their squad this summer.
The Biancocelesti have already been in contact with the Colombian forward’s entourage, but have not yet submitted a concrete offer for the 25-year-old.
