Former Italian goalkeeper Simone Braglia provided for his take on Simone Inzaghi’s ongoing contract extension dilemma with Lazio.
Inzaghi is still yet to sign a new extension deal with Lazio, although rumours continue to point towards the Italian manager likely soon signing off on such an agreement.
Braglia sees concern with the talks between the two sides and if it were up to him, Inzaghi should not sign a new deal. Braglia spoke to TuttoMercatoWeb Radio about this ongoing storyline within Lazio.
If I were him and had the opportunity to leave, I would do it. However, if Lotito offered him a renewal, then it’s fine, because in any case, Rome is always very desirable.
For now, Lazio aims at finishing the season in the top four of the Serie A table. If the side is able to accomplish this feat, it could play a major role in the contract talks between Inzaghi and Lazio officials.
