Lazio’s Ciro Immobile Hopes to End His Goal Drought Against Hellas Verona

Lazio striker Ciro Immobile will be looking to end his goal drought against Hellas Verona this weekend, a club he has a strong record against.

According to a report from Italian newspaper Il Tempo (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the 31-year-old Italian striker has not scored for the Biancocelesti since the 1-0 win over Cagliari two months ago, on the 7th February.

Immobile has a strong record against Hellas Verona, having scored 11 goals against the Veneto-based side throughout his career.

The only clubs that the 31-year-old Immobile has a better scoring record against are Genoa (11) and Sampdoria (13), giving the Biancocelesti star the perfect opportunity to find his goal-scoring ways again this weekend.
