Former Lazio full-back Massimo Oddo thinks that the Biancocelesti could still achieve Champions League qualification this season.

Speaking in an interview as reported by Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the 44-year-old Italian was positive about the Biancocelesti’s chances.

With 9 games left to play, Lazio can make it, the Champions League is open.

He believed that Italian striker Ciro Immobile would break his goal drought soon in the race for a top-four finish.

He will get them back. And during his drought they found, like the great teams, other goal scorers. The next direct matches against Napoli and Milan will be very important.

Lazio have picked up 21 points in the last 10 Serie A games, better than Juventus or AC Milan, and will need to be on the top of their game in the remaining nine matches.

Apart from Napoli and AC Milan, the other tough games for the Roman club include Roma and Sassuolo.
