Lazio duo Ciro Immobile and Thomas Strakosha will undergo a DNA test later today.
According to a report from Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the Biancocelesti pair are carrying out the test today at the request of the Avellino prosecutor’s office as part of the investigation into the inconsistent Covid-19 test results.

The Lazio squad will travel to Naples by train today ahead of tomorrow evening’s league clash against Napoli, and Immobile and Strakosha will then be taken to a specific laboratory in the city.
The pair will then re-join their squad by dinner time, allowing them to relax a little with their teammates ahead of tomorrow’s game.

In addition to Strakosha and Immobile, Lucas Leiva also underwent the DNA test, but he carried it out independently when he travelled to Naples at the end of last month.
The Roman club are also involved in another court case regarding a default 3-0 win over Torino (due to the Granata’s failure to attend a match at the start of last month).
