Inzaghi missed three matches while battling the coronavirus. Massimiliano Farris took his place during his absence, going 2W-0D-1L while at the helm. However, the one loss was a significant one, as it came against Napoli, who is ahead of the Biancocelesti in Serie A. The 5-2 loss to Napoli does put a damper on their UEFA Champions League hopes.

Nonetheless, with Inzaghi now back on the bench, Lazio hopes to finish strong as they hope that will be enough for them to finish in the top four. Inzaghi seems to be himself as La Lazio Siamo Noi reports that the Italian tactician has resumed screaming, inciting, and encouraging his squad to put the loss to Napoli behind them as they look ahead to Monday’s clash against AC Milan.
