Lazio, Roma and Sevilla are all keen on signing Liverpool forward Xherdan Shaqiri in the summer transfer window.
According to a report from Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi earlier today, the Biancocelesti have been interested in acquiring the 29-year-old Swiss forward for some time now, having previously approached him several times in the past.
Contracted to Liverpool until 2023, Shaqiri may be sold in the summer by the Reds as they look to manage their complicated financial situation that’s currently affecting the club.
Roma and Sevilla are also interested in signing Shaqiri (via Liverpool Offside) and so it’ll be a battle for the 29-year-old’s signature at the end of this season. Last summer the Reds wanted €25 million for the Swiss forward, but that request is likely to be lower this time around.
Shaqiri has made 13 Premier League appearances so far this season, for a total of 520 minutes. In that time, he has provided two assists but has only managed to play a full 90 minutes once.
