Lazio President Lotito to Meet Coach Simone Inzaghi Today Amidst Interest From Leicester City

Lazio president Claudio Lotito will meet with coach Simone Inzaghi today to discuss his contract renewal amidst interest from Premier League side Leicester City.

According to a report from Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the 45-year-old Italian coach recently suggested that he will confirm his contract renewal at the end of the season, despite recent reports that pen would be put to paper after his recovery from Covid-19.

The Biancocelesti coach’s contract expires in less than three months now, and whilst a move to Napoli does seem off the cards, a move abroad could still occur.

Premier League side Leicester City are interested in Inzaghi as a possible replacement for Brendan Rodgers, but talks will not start unless the 45-year-old Italian coach fails to sign a contract renewal.
