Inter Willing to Offer €80m for Lazio Star Milinkovic-Savic but President Lotito Wants More

Inter would be willing to offer up to €80 million for Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, but it’s still not enough for Biancocelesti president Claudio Lotito.

According to a report from Italian newspaper Il Messaggero (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the Nerazzurri are incredibly keen to sign the 26-year-old Serbian midfielder, who has had a wonderful season with the Roman club despite the busy schedule.

Milinkovic-Savic’s incredible performances have not gone unnoticed by the Milanese club, who have been following the Serbian closely for a few years now, and now they’re looking to finally acquire the star.

Inter CEO Beppe Marotta would be willing to pay up to €80 million for the 26-year-old Milinkovic-Savic, but Lotito is still holding out for €100 million, and it’s unlikely that his position will change this summer.

Milinkovic-Savic has made 39 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 3317 minutes. In that time, he has scored eight goals and provided nine assists, his best season for goal-contributions in his career.
