Lazio have picked up the same number of points as Monaco, Paris Saint-Germain, Sevilla and Manchester City in the last six league games.

According to a report from Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the Biancocelesti have picked up 15 points out of a possible 18 available in the last six games, only dropping points in a defeat to Napoli.

This is the same amount as some of the top clubs across Europe, like Manchester City, PSG and Sevilla, showing the Roman club’s strong run of form at the moment.

Extending that run to the last eight games, Lazio have picked up 21 points out of 24 available, putting the Roman club in a good position in the race for a top-four finish this campaign.

Lazio’s remaining games of the season are against Fiorentina, Parma, Roma, Torino and Sassuolo, and coach Simone Inzaghi knows that the team cannot afford to drop any points if they want to secure qualification to the Champions League.
