Premier League side Southampton have been following Lazio goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha for months ahead of a possible summer move.
As reported by Italian media outlet TuttoMercatoWeb earlier today, the 26-year-old Albanian shot-stopper seems destined to leave the Roman club in the upcoming summer transfer window, having fallen out of favour with coach Simone Inzaghi this season.

Strakosha has only made seven Serie A appearances this campaign, playing second fiddle to Spanish veteran Pepe Reina. Considering that his contract expires with the Biancocelesti at the end of next season, a move away in the coming months seems incredibly likely.

Southampton have been following Strakosha closely for the last few months, considering him a possible long-term replacement for 31-year-old Alex McCarthy, whose contract expires with the Saints next summer.
Bologna are also interested in Strakosha, underlining him as a potential replacement for Lukasz Skorupski, should the Pole leave the Rossoblu this summer.
