Inter have already opened talks with Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi amidst rumours of Antonio Conte’s imminent departure from the Nerazzurri.

As reported by international media outlet SempreInter.com earlier today, the Milanese club contacted the 45-year-old Italian coach directly on Monday of this week to find out if he was interested in taking over at the club, with rumours circulating that current incumbent Conte would be leaving this summer.

The Biancocelesti coach will have a meeting with president Claudio Lotito later today to discuss his future and possible contract renewal with the club; His current deal expires at the end of next month.

Whilst it had seemed like Inzaghi would renew his contract in Rome for the majority of this season, the tides have now reversed and the winds of change are seemingly blowing through the streets of the Italian capital.
