Lazio are considering both Spezia’s Vincenzo Italiano and Udinese’s Luca Gotti as possible replacements for Simone Inzaghi.
As reported by Italian newspaper Il Messaggero (via LazioNews24) earlier today, Biancocelesti president Claudio Lotito is considering a whole host of potential options to replace the 45-year-old Inzaghi, who left the club yesterday ahead of an imminent move to Inter.

Whilst some of these names have been linked with Lazio for a while, like Bologna coach Sinisa Mihajlovic and former Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri, other options are starting to crop up.
Two of these are Spezia’s Italiano and Udinese’s Gotti, two coaches that president Lotito has respect for. The Biancocelesti have already been in contact with Italiano, who is also targeted by Sassuolo and Hellas Verona (via Gianluca Di Marzio).
The Biancocelesti president will carefully evaluate all the possible options before making a decision, not wanting to rush the choice as he looks for the perfect replacement.
Mihajlovic has already been in contact with Lazio, but for now, it does not seem like he is too keen to accept the job.
