Lazio will look to offer Brazilian defender Luiz Felipe a new contract after the conclusion of the Olympics.
As reported by Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the 24-year-old Brazilian is part of the Seleção U24 squad for this summer’s Olympics tournament. Luiz Felipe is dreaming of winning a gold medal, the same feat achieved by former Lazio man Felipe Anderson in 2016.

Worth around €20 million, sporting director Igli Tare would be open to selling the player should the right offer arrive, but at the moment the player is a key part of Lazio’s defense and the club are keen to keep hold of him.
Luiz Felipe had a tough season, undergoing ankle surgery in January that forced him to miss the following three months.
