Lazio is set to soon finalize its first signing of the upcoming summer transfer window.
Serbian and Cukaricki full-back Dimitrije Kamenovic is expected to arrive in Rome on Thursday ahead of his permanent transfer move to the Biancocelesti, as noted by the French-based outlet L’Equipe.
Kamenovic will undergo medical tests provided by Lazio’s medical staff, which may then be followed up by the official announcement confirming his arrival at the club.
The 20-year-old full-back is slated to sign a five-year deal with Lazio. The Biancocelesti already reportedly came to terms on a €3 million deal with Cukaricki for the signing of the talent.
Kamenovic is coming off a season where he totaled for 32 appearances in all competitions with Cukaricki, which included scoring two goals in Superliga play.
New Lazio manager Maurizio Sarri will now already have one new full-back to work with in his expected four-at-the-back setup next season.
