Sarri Has Signed a Two-Year Contract With Lazio, Official Announcement Later Today

Maurizio Sarri has signed his contract with Lazio and only the official announcement is missing now.

As reported by Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi earlier today, the 62-year-old Italian coach has already received the full contract from the Biancocelesti, which includes the details of his staff too, and he read this over with his agents last night at dinner.

Sarri is still in Milan for personal reasons, having a meeting that he made some time ago. However, there is no reason to stress for the Lazio faithful, as everything has now been ironed out.

The 62-year-old Sarri is replacing long-term coach Simone Inzaghi, who left Rome after five years in order to join Inter.

The former Napoli and Juventus coach will sign a two-year contract with an option for a third.
