Lazio forward Joaquin Correa is expected to be in for a hectic summer transfer window.

Lazio club officials are reportedly well open to offloading Correa in the coming months, especially as the side aims to haul in much-needed funds to then allocate them over to multiple positions that are in dire need of depth reinforcements.

Correa had a heavy interest in staying put at Lazio, despite the club’s reported stance of preferring to sell him instead. But now, the Argentine forward is open to leaving the club, as noted by the Italian-based outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi.

Correa is not expected to have a shortage of suitors interested in signing him to a possible transfer deal. The likes of Tottenham and Arsenal each have been linked with Correa as of late, but it is not known whether either London-based side plans to go all out to sign the versatile forward.

Correa is currently competing with the Argentine national team in the 2021 Copa America tournament, so no announcement is expected to come from him soon regarding his future at Lazio.

Nonetheless, Correa may soon end up parting ways with Lazio.
