Last campaign, Juventus saw their dominance over Serie A slip away as the squad led by Andrea Pirlo not only lost the league but barely qualified for the UEFA Champions League finishing in fourth place. 

The Turin-based club wants to put that disastrous season behind them, and they want to make an impact transfer that gets them back to the top of Serie A.

According to Il Messaggero (via Lazio News 24), Juventus wants to pursue Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinković-Savić

However, Lazio wants a significant transfer sum for one of the club’s vital assets. The report states that the club owner and president request €80 million for the 26-year-old midfielder. 

Juventus sees this asking price as too steep for Sergej Milinković-Savić, which complicates their pursuit of the player.
