Contracted to Lazio until 2024, Correa has suffered a little from the arrival of coach Maurizio Sarri, as he doesn’t easily fit in the Italian coach’s 4-3-3 system.

The Argentinian forward made 28 Serie A appearances this season, for a total of 1945 minutes. In that time, he scored eight goals and provided four assists. Correa was also decisive in the Champions League, scoring three goals and providing two assists in eight matches.
