Bordeaux want around €10 million for Basic, whose contract expires with the French club next year in 2022.
Lazio have offered €6 million plus €1.5 million in add-ons, but are now preparing a new offer as they look to close out the deal for the Croatian midfielder, who is one of coach Maurizio Sarri’s transfer targets.

In that time, he scored four goals, provided one assist and produced 52 shot-creating actions. He is able to play as both a central and defensive midfielder, giving Sarri some options in his midfield.
