Lazio are looking to extend wing-back Adam Marusic’s contract and will meet with his agent soon.
As reported by Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the 28-year-old Montenegrin’s current deal expires with the Biancocelesti next year in 2022, so the club are looking to tie him down to a new contract this summer.

The Roman club will meet with his agent Mateja Kezman soon to discuss the renewal, with the player hoping to raise his salary to around €2 million net per season. He currently earns €750,000 so it would be a noticeable increase.

The Biancocelesti have received some tempting offers for the 28-year-old Marusic, especially from clubs in the Premier League, but they are still keen to extend his contract regardless.
Marusic made 36 Serie A appearances last season under previous coach Simone Inzaghi, for a total of 2968 minutes. In that time, he scored two goals and provided four assists.
