Lazio Could Close Out Deals With PSG, Bordeaux & More This Week: The Details

Lazio could look to close a variety of transfer deals this week, with many now entering the final stages.

As reported by Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla earlier today, the Biancocelesti have reached a total agreement with Albanian left-back Elseid Hysaj on the basis of a five-year contract (or four with an option for a fifth), with only the signature now missing.

It’s also possible that Brazilian winger Felipe Anderson could arrive in Rome this week; the player is keen on the move, West Ham are ready to release him and he could sign before the end of the week.

The Biancocelesti have agreed personal terms with Croatian midfielder Toma Basic and now must close out a deal with Bordeaux, who are suffering significant financial difficulties and a potential relegation.

Argentinian forward Joaquin Correa could be sold soon as Lazio are fans of Spanish winger Pablo Sarabia, so if Paris Saint-Germain raise their figures a little then it could be finalised. This may also depend on Spain’s progress in Euro 2020, however, as Sarabia is still part of the squad, even if injured.

Finally, Lazio are keen on Olympique Marseille midfielder Boubacar Kamara, whose contract expires with the Ligue 1 side next year in 2022. The player, who is also wanted by AC Milan and a few English clubs, could be a possibility.

Marseille are interested in Gonzalo Escalante and the Biancocelesti would like to add cash and involve Kamara in this deal. It won’t be easy, but Lazio will try regardless.
